Candied fruit has been considered a royal treat for connoisseurs and gourmets ever since, not least due to the elaborate nature of its production. Rectangular gold box with acetate lid of assorted Glace Fruit.

Only the finest flawless fruits are worth the effort of candyin which can take up to 12 days depending on the type. During the candying process, the naturally occuring liquid is gradually replaced by a specially prepared sugar solution of increasing concentration. The purpose is to maintain and enhance the flavour, colour and natural characteristics of the fruit.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

All products on this website are available for nationwide delivery to the whole of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We can arrange flowers to be delivered to Southern Ireland (Eire) though a surcharge will apply for this. UK Delivery is completed (next day or future date as required) by courier or delivered by our network of locally appointed florists on a before 6pm service Monday - Saturday only (some rural areas excluded). Our delivery service is available on Sundays and Bank Holidays in the Edinburgh area only. For Edinburgh Central area please e-mail us for further information.

Orders for delivery on the next working day need to be placed by 3.00pm the day before, (Same Day Delivery order before 2pm). Orders made for delivery on Monday need to be placed by 3.00pm the preceding Saturday.

Please Note, we can deliver flowers anywhere in the UK on same day delivery (except Sundays), however chocolates and hampers can only be delivered same day within the following postcode range: EH1-EH46
